Mr. Pratt serves as the Structural Practice Leader at AE2S and is a licensed structural and professional engineer with extensive experience across a wide range of project types. His portfolio includes commercial and residential buildings, drainage and wastewater structures, reservoirs, earth retaining systems, buried vaults, culverts, bridges, schools, and essential facilities such as fire stations. He is well-versed in applicable building codes and brings comprehensive design expertise in structural systems utilizing steel, aluminum, masonry, concrete, and wood.

Bart Leeflang is the Assistant General Manager at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, where he provides executive leadership on water resources planning, Colorado River policy, and intergovernmental coordination. He works closely with federal, state, and regional partners to advance long-term water supply reliability and infrastructure planning for Utah. His responsibilities include oversight of technical studies, policy development, and strategic initiatives related to Colorado River operations and water rights. Known for his analytical approach and collaborative leadership style, Bart plays a key role in guiding complex negotiations and ensuring sound, data-driven decision-making for the District.

Beau has 20 years of public involvement experience, leading outreach for hundreds of water, wastewater, and transportation projects in Utah. He specializes in engaging diverse stakeholders and communicating complex information for large-scale infrastructure projects. He`s known for developing strategies that support his clients while keeping communities informed and involved throughout project timelines. He has supported this project since the environmental phase, providing continuity and insight into community priorities while helping teams align public needs and impacts with project goals. His experience helps him facilitate effective coordination between agencies, stakeholders, and communities while minimizing public risks for critical infrastructure investments.

General Counsel at the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, Ben is a graduate magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. Ben worked for prestigious international law firms headquartered in Chicago and Southern California before joining the public sector, and has expertise in human resources, litigation, contract law, intellectual property, real property, bankruptcy, and water law.

Brad Conder is a licensed Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience as a consulting engineer, city engineer and contractor. He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a M.S. in Geotechnical Engineering, both from Utah State University. Brad currently works as the Commercial Manager for Insituform Technologies, the leading Cured-In-Place Pipe contractor and manufacturer in the trenchless rehabilitation industry, and is responsible for the Utah, Nevada, Arizona and Idaho markets. He is active in many professional and industry organizations including AWWA, ASCE, APWA and NASTT, and frequently provides technical presentations at local, regional and national conferences on trenchless rehabilitation topics.

Braxton is a professional engineer with J?U?B Engineers and a member of the Water Treatment Team. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2023 and M.S. in Civil Engineering in 2024 from Brigham Young University. After interning with several engineering firms during school, he joined J?U?B Engineers in April 2024. His work focuses on planning, design, and construction administration for drinking water and wastewater treatment facilities. Outside of work, Braxton enjoys gravel biking, home projects, and spending time with his wife and two young sons.

Brett Barrus is the Area Manager of Central Utah Water Conservancy District's CWP System.

Brett Dunkley is a civil engineer focused on supporting conveyance system repair, design, and construction. He has 7 years of experience with buried infrastructure, construction inspection, pipeline rehabilitation and permitting/compliance. 

Brian is a water system professional with more than 31 years of experience at the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District. He has worked in administration, water treatment, and water distribution, providing broad expertise across the water sector. As Director of Asset Management, Brian leads strategic asset management, lifecycle planning, maintenance operations, and infrastructure performance initiatives to ensure reliable, sustainable, and cost effective water systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and Utah Grade IV certifications in Water Treatment and Distribution. Brian lives in West Jordan, Utah, with his wife Trish and is a proud parent of four daughters.

Brian Child has worked for Olympus Insurance for over 20 years, serving over 400 water agencies throughout the western United States.  Brian is a graduate from the University of Utah.

Brian Goad has over 15 years of experience in water, wastewater, and trenchless construction. A graduate of Texas Tech University and a licensed Professional Engineer since 2019, he has worked extensively on the design and delivery of safe, efficient, and cost-effective infrastructure projects. His expertise spans a variety of trenchless methods, including HDD, pipe bursting, carrier pipes, CIPP (gravity and pressure), CFRP, FFRP, and SIPP.

Brian is a vice president at Barr Engineering. He has provided planning, permitting and engineering services for water projects ranging from supply and treatment to aquifer storage and recovery. Millions of people drink water from systems for which he has provided engineering services. 

Britt worked 33 years for Arizona local government water utilities (1984-2017).

Britt worked the past eight years for Xylem serving UT, AZ, NM (2017-Present).

Britt holds a Grade 4 Water Distribution Operator License, Grade 4 Wastewater Collection Operator License, Grade 2 Water Treatment Operator License, and Grade I Wastewater Treatment Operator License.

Britt served 11 years on the ASCE Pipelines Condition Assessment Committee.

He was the Co-Chair of 2017 ASCE Pipelines venue in Phoenix, AZ.

Britt currently serves as one of the Co-Chair for the TriState Seminars Water Distribution Tracks.

Brittany Sorenson is a senior water professional with a background in large?scale water infrastructure and project delivery. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse teams across technical, organizational, and stakeholder environments, shaping her interest in how experience and perspective influence leadership and collaboration. As panel facilitator, Brittany is focused on creating an open, respectful forum where shared experiences can translate into practical insight for individuals, teams, and organizations.

Brooklyn Wild began her career in local government as the Communications Coordinator for Highland City, where she managed resident communications, public outreach, and community engagement. She now works at Yoppify, partnering with utilities and local governments to improve customer communication through innovative technology and outreach strategies. Brooklyn is passionate about helping organizations build trust with their communities through clear, timely, and effective communication.

Bryan is a Civil Engineer with 28 years of experience and leads Keller’s Water Treatment Group. He has spent over two decades working across the Western United States on water treatment projects ranging from simple chemical feed upgrades to complex targeted contaminant removal on space constrained sites.

His experience includes new plant and treatment train design as well as rehabilitation and optimization of existing facilities, focusing on improving removal performance, filtration efficiency, and operational reliability.

Bryan has been involved in American Water Works Association leadership for many years and values his long standing relationships and collaborations with outstanding professionals across the organization.

Chris started his Plumbing apprenticeship in 1992 as a twelve year old, working for his father Ray.
In 1997 fresh out of High School started trade school in the plumbing apprenticeship at Salt Lake
Community College while working full time for the family plumbing business. Turned out as a Journeyman
Plumber in 2001 and in 2007 became a Master Plumber and started his own business Classic Plumbing
LLC. Specializing in Backflow Assembly Testing, repairs, and installations.
In 2014 Chris went to work for Riverton City Water as a Team Lead, supervising the Water Quality Team
and administering the Cross Connection Control Program. He has been heavily involved in the backflow
prevention community, Backflow Prevention Assembly Testing, Cross-Connection Control Program
Administrator, Proctoring ABPA Exams, serving as an active member of the Utah Cross Connection
Control Commission, former member of the ABPA Utah Chapter Board and represents the DEQ on the
DOPL Building Code Commission’s Plumbing/Health Advisory Committee which oversees the Plumbing
codes and amendments in the state of Utah.

Chris is a native to Utah, graduated from the University of Utah, and has always been interested in geology. He is the principal hydrogeologist for Bowen Collins & Associates with over 22 years of experience in groundwater within the Intermountain West. He specializes in well siting, permitting, well design, well development and well rehabilitation.  

Chris is a professional engineer with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering and more than 30 years of engineering experience. He began his career in 1996 and has worked on a wide range of water infrastructure projects across both private and public sectors. Chris has spent nearly 15 years with the Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD), where he provides expertise in engineering design and environmental documentation. His experience provides valuable technical insight that helps project teams navigate complex requirements and deliver effective, well-coordinated infrastructure solutions. 

Dr. Chris Tadanier is Black & Veatch’s Global Drinking Water Practice Technology Leader in the Water Technologies Group, based in Denver, Colorado. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech, along with MS and BS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and brings more than 38 years of industry experience, including nearly two decades with Black & Veatch. Dr. Tadanier specializes in source water quality evaluation, water treatment process selection and design, environmental chemistry, and uncertainty analysis. He has performed more than three dozen water quality and treatability evaluations across a wide range of drinking water supply and treatment projects, working with surface water, groundwater, and tertiary treated effluent sources. His technical expertise spans pre-treatment, filtration, oxidation and disinfection, adsorption, membrane treatment, and PFAS removal, and he applies probabilistic simulation techniques to evaluate uncertainty in planning-level cost estimates. 

Christina Osborn, PE, is a Project Manager with J-U-B Engineers in Salt Lake City, where she has spent nearly 20 years helping communities plan, design, and construct drinking water, wastewater, and water reuse projects. Throughout her career, she has been committed to building resilient water infrastructure and supporting the professionals who make these systems possible.

Prior to joining J-U-B, Christina served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Dominican Republic, where she worked with local communities to develop drinking water systems, improve sanitation, and promote public health through hygiene education.

A licensed Professional Engineer in Utah, Christina holds civil and environmental engineering degrees from Seattle University and the University of Colorado Boulder. She is a passionate advocate for professional development, leadership, and inclusion within the water industry. She founded Women of Water, a networking and mentorship initiative that has helped strengthen connections among water professionals across the region.

An active member of the AWWA Intermountain Section and WEF/WEAU, Christina is dedicated to advancing the Section’s mission, supporting members at every stage of their careers, and helping develop the next generation of water leaders. She would be honored

Colin is an engineer with Brown and Caldwell specializing in planning and hydraulic modeling. 

Conor Tyson received a BS in Environmental Engineering and a MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. He has been working as an engineer for the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District for about six years where he oversees a wide variety of projects.  Prior to going into engineering he received a BA in history and worked in a microbiology laboratory in Salt Lake City. 

Ms. Nelson experience focuses on designing and managing water conveyance projects including large diameter aqueducts, wells, and pump stations for potable water, and raw water applications in Utah. Ms. Nelson specializes in the design and project management of large-scale water conveyance projects that include condition assessment, trenchless crossings, and seismic design. She holds an M.E. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.

Dallen Christensen is a Project Manager at Whitaker Construction located in Brigham City, Utah, with over 8 years of experience in construction management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and has successfully led infrastructure projects valued at over $170 million. Known for constructing complex large diameter pipelines and pump stations, Dallen excels at turning complex challenges into successful outcomes. 

Dan Hugaboom is Chief Membrane Technologist with Carollo Engineers where he directs technical aspects of the company’s membrane filtration projects.  Dan holds degrees in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (B.S., 1996) and Clarkson University (M.S., 2000). Dan has 25 years of experience in the water industry and is a licensed professional engineer in the State of Idaho. 

Mr. Taylor launched his career in the water industry following the completion of his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Since joining MGC Contractors in 2018, he has played a key role in the successful execution of some of the most complex and demanding water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the western United States. With over a decade of experience, Dan brings technical expertise, strategic leadership, and a strong commitment to quality project delivery.

David Asay is the President and Founder of Advantage Reline, where he has led the company’s expansion across North America by delivering innovative pipeline rehabilitation solutions that extend infrastructure life while minimizing cost, disruption, and environmental impact. Under his leadership, Advantage Reline has built a reputation for executing complex projects efficiently and reliably across municipal, commercial, government, and industrial environments. His approach combines technical innovation with real-world execution, helping asset owners make informed, durable infrastructure decisions.

David McLean is the Technical Program Leader for Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District.  Previous work experience includes water resources consulting and advanced treatment equipment design.  His specialties include water treatment, groundwater development, pump station design, and chemical feed.  He has been a frequent presenter at various AWWA conferences over the last 15 years.  

As a professional with over 34 years of experience, Delmas has exceptional leadership capability, effective people skills, integrity and expertise in water resources, water rights, technical engineering principles, and project management. Delmas is intimately familiar with the dynamics of water resources in the Intermountain West, specifically as it relates to regulations, public policy, engineering, administrative, permitting and technical standards.  He has interfaced with numerous stakeholder agencies and their departments, including the State of Utah, local governments, and private institutions.  

Delmas’ career as a Water Resource Manager has included water quantity and water quality assessments and strategies to address established risks and concerns.  He can visualize the objective, help others to clearly see it, and then develop and execute a process to achieve the agreed upon objectives.   Delmas thrives working collaboratively with a team and stakeholders to successfully navigate the tasks to be undertaken and find satisfaction along the journey to a conclusion.  In his senior role, he has opportunity to provide management and peer review of reports, memoranda, and other work products.

Derek Bruton is a Senior Water Resource Planner at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, where he works on long?term water resources planning, infrastructure development, and program management. His experience includes water supply planning, institutional coordination, environmental compliance, and integrating technical analysis with policy and governance considerations. Derek’s work emphasizes the role of water management institutions in supporting resilient communities and sustainable growth, and he brings a multidisciplinary perspective that connects engineering practice with historical and societal context.

Derrik Fischer, P.E., is a Business Development Representative with Xypex Chemical Corporation based in Washington state. He is a licensed professional engineer with experience in civil and structural engineering. He works with engineers, municipalities, and contractors to specify crystalline waterproofing solutions for concrete infrastructure projects. His focus includes wastewater, water containment, and below-grade applications. He combines technical expertise with a consultative approach to support project teams.

Dustin Bunderson is a Sr. Project Manager for the Rocky Mountain Power Wattsmart Program. In his line of work, he has helped over 30 separate water districts and cities across the Mountain West qualify for utility incentives for energy efficiency projects. He specializes in water and wastewater efficiency projects for water providers, manufacturers, and mining facilities.

Erika has 20 years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, and controls design, along with hands-on programming and equipment operations in a variety of industries, including water and wastewater. She earned her bachelor`s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah. 

Ethan is an attorney at Smith Hartvigsen who represents individuals, businesses, special districts, and local governments in a wide range of water, land use, and other matters. Ethan is also a registered lobbyist working with organizations and legislators regarding water, local government, and special district policies. Ethan graduated from William & Mary law School in 2018 and Super Lawyers has listed him as a Rising Star in the area of Energy and Natural Resources each year from 2023 to 2025.

Greg is a Principal at Hansen, Allen & Luce and has practiced engineering for over 28 years. Greg has a strong background in all aspects of municipal utility engineering. His personal areas of focus includes pipeline design and hydraulics. Greg served as the Project Manager for the design and construction of the SIBs and pipeline improvements for the MWDSLS MAR project, and for the pilot testing phase of the project.

Jacob Young is the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District and Shazelle Terry serves as the District`s Chief Operations Officer.  Together with Ben Stanley as General Counsel, these three presenters represent a core executive leadership team who have tackled novel policy issues and implementation for the District.

Jim is the National Specialty Leader for Membranes for Brown and Caldwell. Jim has 38 years of experience in the design and operation of MF/UF/NF and RO processes used for drinking water and advanced wastewater treatment. 

Jamie Safulko is the Area Manager for PCL Construction supporting water and wastewater utilities build critical infrastructure for their communities. 

Jason Luettinger P.E. has more than 25 years of experience with water resources planning projects, program management, large project delivery, and construction management of multi-million water infrastructure projects involving traditional design-bid-build, construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC), and design build delivery methods. Jason is experienced in large diameter pipeline projects including design and construction of over 100,000 feet of steel pipelines, aqueducts, and penstocks ranging in size from 36-inches to 120-inches. Jason holds an MS in environmental engineering and BS in Civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Jennifer Myers brings over 30 years of expertise in civil and environmental consulting engineering. She has led a wide range of management consulting and asset management initiatives nationwide, supporting organizational development and optimization. Her experience spans strategic planning, employee development, process improvement, digital transformation, and asset management program development. Jennifer has worked with utilities to help them meet customer’s needs while managing their resources following sustainable principles and practices.

Jeremy Williams is an Associate Vice President in Hazen and Sawyer’s Salt Lake City office. Mr. Williams has over 20 years of experience in water resources, water treatment, and infrastructure projects spanning planning, design, and construction management. 

In 2010 I graduated from Utah State with a Bachelor of Science in Fisheries and Aquatic Sciences. In 2013 I graduated from Utah State University with a Master of Science in Watershed Science.  

I am married and my wife Stacy and I have four children and we are currently living in Spanish Fork, Utah.  

Since 2015 I have worked for Central Utah Water Conservancy District.

Josh is a Professional Engineer in the state of Utah who has been with Hansen, Allen, and Luce Engineers for four years. Prior to HAL Engineers, Josh worked at the Utah Water Research Laboratory as a Researcher and Lab Technician for five years working with stormwater, PFAS, cyanotoxins, and nanoparticles. At HAL, Josh splits his focus between water resources and solid waste management.

Kelly Good is the Director of Community Engagement at Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, she leads a comprehensive approach to community outreach, overseeing the Communications, Conservation, and Customer Service Teams. Her work encompasses everything from daily customer interactions to developing large-scale public education campaigns. Kelly holds a Master`s of Geology from the University of Utah, and her knowledge of natural systems provides a valuable foundation for her efforts in water conservation.

Matt Jensen manages the Aquafficiency program for Cascade Energy. He and his team work with city managers, facility operators, system engineers, and equipment vendors to identify energy-efficiency opportunities for municipal water and wastewater systems. Matt previously served as a city councilman for a city that benefitted from an Aquafficiency engagement. A few years later, he joined the team, focusing his efforts in the Water-Energy Nexus. He has worked extensively on water and wastewater systems in California, the Pacific Northwest, the Intermountain Region, and the Midwest.

Michael Clark is a Civil Engineer with 14 years of experience and leads Keller’s Provo office. He specializes in water planning, design, construction, and municipal engineering, including water and wastewater master planning and hydraulic modeling for communities across the Northwest.

He has served as design lead on major water treatment facility rehabilitation projects involving pump and valve replacements, piping and process improvements, facility retrofits, metering upgrades, solids drying beds, infiltration beds, and backwash facilities.

He previously served as Assistant City Engineer for Spanish Fork, managing development review, master planning, utility and roadway construction, and impact fees.

Michael is Chair of the Utah APWA Specifications Committee.

Mike McFadden, P.E., is a civil engineer with 13 years of experience delivering potable water infrastructure projects, including water storage tanks, municipal wells, pump stations, and large-diameter pipelines (HDPE, ductile iron, welded steel). He supports mechanical design for valve vaults and PRV facilities, as well as water-rights compliance. With experience in three different states (Illinois, Missouri and Utah), he brings a diverse outlook to the “way things have always been done”.

Dr. Michelle Barry is the Senior Water Treatment Engineer for the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities. She has worked for the Department for the past 10 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wyoming and her Master’s and PhD at Arizona State University, all in Civil/Environmental engineering. She also worked as an engineering consultant in Utah, Texas and Arizona for 8+ years. She is the Water Treatment Plant Program Manager for the City Creek Upgrades Project.   

Michelle is the owner of Call Coating Consultants and an Independent Principal Representative for Tnemec, with over 39 years of experience in the protective coatings industry. Her expertise includes shop  and field applied epoxy and polyurethane linings, coating certification requirements, specification development, and QAQC coating application and compliance. Michelle is an active member of AMPP, AWWA, IRWA, and RWAU, and serves on the CSI Board. She is widely recognized as a trusted technical resource for owners and engineers.

Neil Burk is a senior hydrogeologist at Barr Engineering with more than 22 years of experience. Neil has worked on over 60 water supply well projects, more than 40 of which he has managed. Neil’s experience with water supply well projects include preparing well siting studies, design and permitting reports, bidding and cost estimating, drilling and construction oversight, aquifer testing and rehabilitation. Neil works with Utah public water suppliers to find solutions for sustainable groundwater use and management. Neil is also knowledgeable of Utah water rights statutes, policies and administrative procedures and provides support to water rights related projects. 

Parry Osborn is an Associate Engineer and Project Manager with Hazen and Sawyer, bringing over 15 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, process mechanical design, and structural engineering. He holds a BS and MS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University. He has led and supported a wide range of projects across the Intermountain West and beyond, specializing in filtration and treatment system design. Parry is known for his collaborative approach, hands on problem solving, and ability to guide multidisciplinary teams through complex technical challenges.

Rachel Anderson is a Civil Engineer-In-Training for AE2S and is located in the Lehi, UT office. She graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering and initially worked with the Consortium of Research for Environmental Water Systems, conducting water chemistry research, data analysis, and public outreach across Montana. During her time at AE2S, Rachel has experience with master planning, feasibility studies, full-scale piloting, and final design, while specializing in water quality, treatment and process optimization.

Randy is a project manager for Washington County Water Conservancy District. A native of Southern Utah, he's dedicated to planning and building quality water infrastructure throughout the District`s service area.

Rebecca Yoo is a Permitting Engineer at the Utah Division of Drinking Water. She leads engineering rule revisions and coordinates stakeholder input. She brings five years of prior experience as a water and wastewater consultant to her regulatory work. She holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech and is working on her masters thesis at the U of U, focusing on the financial capacity of water systems.

Ric Cantrell is Director of Strategic Engagement at Central Utah Water Conservancy District, where he works at the intersection of water policy, public affairs, and stakeholder relations. With a background that includes senior roles in Utah government and public-facing leadership, he is known for building trusted relationships, navigating complex policy environments, and helping advance thoughtful, durable solutions on issues important to Utah’s water future. Ric brings a steady, strategic approach to engagement with elected leaders, community partners, and the broader public

Ricardo Campos is a business consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting water and wastewater utilities. He specializes in asset management, information systems, and utility management frameworks, helping utilities improve planning, performance, and decision making. Ricardo has worked with municipal and federal clients to develop and implement solutions through system development, program design, organizational change, and process improvement initiatives, with extensive experience applying asset management and Effective Utility Management (EUM) principles.

Roger Pearson is the Colorado River Program Manager at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, where he leads the District’s technical and policy coordination on Colorado River issues. His work centers on interstate and intrastate collaboration, program development, and alignment of Utah’s interests with evolving federal and basin-wide discussions. Roger routinely works with state agencies, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, and regional partners to track policy developments, support technical coordination, and translate complex issues into actionable program efforts. He is recognized for his steady leadership, strong relationships, and ability to bridge technical analysis with practical program implementation.

Russ Franklin has worked in the water industry for over 12 years and doing environmental work for over 18 years.  He has worked for multiple state and federal agencies as well as private industry.  In his current position, Russ has had the opportunity to work with multiple agencies for the recovery of a federally listed fish species (June sucker) which is only found in Utah Lake and its tributaries. 

Sam Fankhauser is a Project Manager with 15 years of experience in facility and pipeline design, serving municipal public works departments and water districts primarily across Utah. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Purdue University, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Nebraska. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Utah, Idaho, and Nevada. Mr. Fankhauser brings a distinctive background that spans consulting and utility operations, having worked directly for a local utility operator and served in the U.S. Navy, where he developed expertise in instrumentation and controls, advanced process systems design, and mechanical equipment evaluation.

Sarah has a degree is in Outdoor Recreation/Resource Management. She worked for the Bureau of Land Management as a Recreation Planner for 8 years before going to work for the water district. She is the Environmental Programs Manager for the CUWCD and oversees their federal environmental compliance. She was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to help develop and run the District`s New Employee Onboarding Program.  

Jacob Young is the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District and Shazelle Terry serves as the District`s Chief Operations Officer.  Together with Ben Stanley as General Counsel, these three presenters represent a core executive leadership team who have tackled novel policy issues and implementation for the District.

Steve Brenchley is a licensed Professional Engineer with Brown and Caldwell. He has over 28 years of experience in the water industry working on treatment, conveyance, pumping, and storage projects for municipal clients. He holds an M.S. degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.

Stockton has over a decade of experience in the water world as a design consultant. He has designed and managed all kinds of water projects, but he tends to gravitate towards pipelines and that is where he has most of his experience. He has done projects as small as a couple hundred feet of 6-inch PVC pipe, and as large as 160 miles of 72-inch welded steel pipe, and everything in between.

Susheera works primarily on drinking water and reuse initiatives at Hazen and serves as the Intermountain Reuse Practice Lead. Her experience includes applied research, advanced treatment piloting and design, and regulatory support for potable reuse implementation. Susheera is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Colorado and serves on the Journal Advisory Board at Journal AWWA for Water Reuse Committee. 

Todd Marti is the Assistant General Manager/District Engineer for the Granger-Hunter Improvement District. He doesn’t like paper but does like kayaking.

Trevor Datwyler serves as AE2S’s Utility Planning Practice Leader. With more than 20 years of experience as a consulting engineer, he partners with utility managers to plan, design, and optimize water systems for long-term performance and resilience.

Assistant General Manager and COO of Granger-Hunter Improvement District in Utah and has nearly three decades of experience in water, wastewater, hydropower, and utility operations. He is actively engaged in legislative and regulatory affairs through AWWA, where he works to advance practical policy solutions on behalf of water utilities and the communities they serve. Troy is passionate about helping bridge operations, public policy, and utility leadership, with a focus on reliability, affordability, and sound long-term resource management.

Tyler Roberts, P.E. is a project engineer with J-U-B Engineers with experience in water system and sewer system design projects. Tyler has utilized both traditional open-cut and trenchless methods to provide constructable and cost saving designs specific to the project needs.

Will Porter is a drinking water and reuse treatment process engineer for Jacobs.

Zak is a design and project manager with over 13 years of experience in civil and process mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on steel pipeline and pump station design and rehabilitation. He specializes in the design of drinking water conveyance infrastructure and has provided technical oversight for lining selection, specification development, and quality control. His experience brings a practical, owner-focused perspective to NSF 61 compliance, risk mitigation, and long-term coating performance. Zak has received corrosion training through NACE (AMPP) and received a Basic Coatings Inspector Certification (CIP Level 1) which strengthened his knowledge and proficiency in protective coating design.
